Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving the payment, except the products which need pre-orders. Pre-orders may take 10-12 days before shipping.

Shipping cost will depend on your country of destination.

Shipping in EU countries take 10 working days, In USA takes 10 working days. Other countries – 12 working days.

Precise shipping information is crucial to avoid delays. We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.

Once the order has left the warehouse, delivery redirection is not possible.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to receive delivery, we will either:

– redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery cost

– refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs).

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s). We are pleased to accept timely returns of item(s) in unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches. Please, avoid wearing perfume/deodorant when trying on clothes. Customer can return an item for the duration of seven working days after receiving the parcel. In case your parcel is damaged, on arrival you must declare such damage before the courier. Once returning the parcel item must be declared as a returned item.

In case you decide to return an item, please send an email to us. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, you will receive confirmation e-mail and money will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost) in ten working days after receipt of the parcel, except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected.

PLEASE NOTE:
No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products.

Sale items are non-returnable/refundable only exchangeable. Items on clearance, 50% sale or more are non-returnable/exchangeable.

Please note: Blooms Tbilisi does not take responsibility for any additional charges incurred including return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

You can exchange the purchased item for a different size or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability. When we receive your return we will send the replacement to you. Please note, you can exchange only once per item. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses.
